Progress Update – February 2018

To the Fire Survivors of Coffey Park:

We now have a total of eight plans with one alternate floorplan per home.  The new floor plans are being released as they are finalized.  Once they are all complete our website will be updated to reflect the new offerings.  If you have questions or input regarding the redesigned floorplans, I encourage you to email them to us. Masterplans have been submitted to the City of Santa Rosa and plan check is underway for the original floorplans.  The Yosemite 149 plan and the Plantation 154 plan have been merged into a single plan.  The footprint for these two homes has always been identical. The primary difference was a family living separation and a few extra square feet in the master.  The plan is now 1,538 square feet without living family separation and with the larger master.

Attached you will find the price sheet.  For those of you who have been waiting for pricing, I appreciate your patience with us in this regard.  We have been working hard with our subcontractors to assure a price we can honor and adequate labor to perform.

We are going to start to take reservations based off of our interest list and will be contacting many of you by phone to see whether or not you would like to set up an appointment.  Our Fire Survivors Rebuilding and Recovery Center is underway but an opening date is still being decided.  It will likely be February 17th. A formal announcement will be released once a date has been established.
