For many years, APM Homes has been dedicated to constructing quality homes for the residents of Santa Rosa and nearby communities. Our range of floorplans caters to all types of lifestyles, and we take pride in offering a wide selection of standard features and upgrades that are second to none.

Our diverse communities include Arista, Arbors, Glenn View, Avignon, and many custom homes within Fountaingrove, and Skyhawk.

Multifamily projects include the Gardens in Rohnert Park.

After the devastating fires of 2017, APM Homes became a leader in building new homes in the communities most affected by the loss of residential properties.

The Reserves at Skyhawk

Our work in Skyhawk provided 35 new homes ranging from 2,800 to 3,400 sq ft, and luxurious amenities.

Fountaingrove Rebuild

Fountaingrove became another area where our work helped to restore homes with new quality constructed residences.

The Gardens

The Gardens Subdivision in Santa Rosa is comprised of 78 single family detached and 4 duet style homes. The project is located in Santa Rosa on West Third Street.

Coffey Park Rebuild

Our work within Coffey Park helped to revive a community and provide much needed housing.

Avignon

Located in a prime family area of beautiful Northwest Santa Rosa, Avignon homes offered 3- or 4-bedroom homes up to 2,067 sq. ft.

Arista Place is a housing project built in the shadows of Taylor Mountain featuring stylish appointments and energy saving features

The Arbors featured four separate floor plans for single family homes in Santa Rosa

Glennview

Glenn View homes, located just minutes from downtown Santa Rosa, offered four floor plans with a variety of features that afforded comfort and style.
